Tree of Life CSA - Is a certified organic farm. We grow and distribute fresh organic produce. You can sign up to get a weekly box of fruits and vegetables here. Tree of Life CSA can also be found at area farmers markets. This community supported agriculture farm services Madison, WI, Platteville WI, Cuna City WI, Dubuque IA, and the surrounding tri-state area.

Boxes are delivered each week or bi-weekly from the beginning of June until the second week in October. Check out our early-bird and returning customer discounts! Boxes of food can be picked up at delivery points in Madison WI, Platteville WI and Dubuque IA
